It’s been some time since the last update. Thanks for hanging in there! This project is still active but was delayed by some life circumstances.
First, I’m working out some paths for contributor access. That is, in its current testing form, a feature that can be requested in access.silogroup.org (for those who have accounts created through accounts.silogroup.org), to be added to the Git Contributors Team.
Once someone requests this access and access is approved, it allows branch creation, issue access, pull request submission on repos at git.silogroup.org — but for now only on repos that I set it to give that access to so I can work out kinks. Requests move mountains if you’re blocked by that.
It does not allow pushing to master or merging pull requests. I reserve that for myself still for the time being. Truthfully I may withdraw branch creation rights from this group and only allow forks and PRs later, but, this is an okay place to start while I figure out what level of access control should be dished out.
On the package management front, DPM is in redesign at:

The RFC generated valuable feedback and I think we’re on track to building a rather scalable and secure next-generation package manager with this redesign because of that.
Thanks to all who submitted their feedback.
